1 - When do I have to make my booking?

The number of participants is limited, so you are advised to make your booking at least 3 weeks in advance. However, fans and friends of last minute registration should try their luck!

2 - How may I register?

It is very easy. By e-mail to en[x]artisa-online[y]com* or on the registration form page. You will be sent a confirmation of registration by e-mail as soon as possible.

3 - What is the confirmation of registration?

Along with the confirmation of registration, you will get a code giving you access to the practical information page. There, you will find all the relevant details on payment, address of event with printable detailed map, metro station, etc... In brief, all the necessary information for a successful participation!

4 - When will you let me know the definite event place?

We shall pass on this information to you by e-mail, a few days before.

5 - Where do the various courses or events take place?

It depends on the course or event. For instance in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Always in carefully chosen places, which you can join and access easily.

6 - Where do we meet?

Directly on the event place or in an agreed meeting place, where we shall take care of you immediately.

7 - How may I pay?

You can make a payment by using one of the following options:
- Online secure payment by credit card
- Wire transfer
- Check by mail
- Cash money order

You will get all the necessary information by e-mail in the confirmation of participation.

8 - Unforeseen circumstances prevent me from participating. What can I do?

Please refer to our terms & conditions. You can transfer your participation to another person.

9 - How many participants do attend each course or each event?

The minimum or maximum number varies according to each course or event. But feel reassured: we will not gather a too large number of a participants in a same place, except of course for groups. As a rule, approximately 15-20 persons participate in a course.
