some geography: climats and terroir, different types of soil, climate influence
grape varieties
particularities of vinification of burgundies and their ageing: from the vineyard to the barrel
classification, the 97 appellations and the 562 climats, vintage, labels
some advice: wine buying, storage and service

six red and white Burgundy wines in all will be tasted during the course

the course content may vary according to the speaker's choice
a participation certificate will be handed over at the end of the course
